The Department of Technology and Leisure is seeking park workers for seasonal employment in the Street/Park department.

We work with service to our community residents. Here, we have a high ceiling, we are passionate about what we create, and every day brings new challenges. A good work environment and enjoyment at the workplace yield good results.

The position is temporary from April to October. The exact duration can be adjusted and determined in dialogue. Full-time employment. Work is conducted on weekdays during daytime.

Responsibilities

If you want to work with us, you should have a great interest in park and green space maintenance. You will work both in teams and independently. Tasks may include park maintenance, machine operation, maintenance of green areas, planting, and cleaning. The position will be based in Värnamo, but work will be carried out throughout the municipality.

Qualifications

Experience in park and green space maintenance is an advantage. Solution-focused and collaboration with colleagues are required to succeed in this role. Work takes place in public environments where a good attitude towards the public is necessary. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. A driving license for a car is required. Brush cutter and chainsaw licenses are advantageous. We would like you to attach a personal letter and CV.
